MKS8312D NUMERICAL CONTROL HIGH SPEED CAMSHAFT GRINDER(FOUR AXES)

MAIN FEATURES:

The grinder can achieve autocontrol of four axes.i.e.working table movement , feed of wheelhead, feed of dresser on wheelhead and constant rotation of four points of work spindle,capable of completing rough and precision grinding in one cycle after the mounting of workpiece.the grinding wheel

is trimmed with emery roller so as to reduce the required time for trimming grinding wheel to minimum and be able to select most reasonable trimming times and trimmed amount,thus it can improve surface grinding quality and reduce consuption of grinding wheel.

The main shaft of grinding wheel adopts dynamic-static pressure bearing;the main shaft case and guide rail are separable so that they are convenient to service and replace grinding head(spare grinding head is available for special order),the linear velocity of grinding wheel is 60m/s;the rotation of workpiece is effected by a servo motor so as to achieve constant linear velocity grinding,improve machine precision and efficiency signicantly and avoid surface burning which is easy to occur when grinding with cam contour.
